Here's a letter I sent to Jay Kennedy in 1997, and his reply. These
explain the correct names and who did what in Weird Love and Weird Lore...
Jay's numbering of books counts the cover as page 1. So, to figure
out the credits in my letter, you can use the table of contents of Weird
Love and Weird Lore, but you'd need to know
that the contents were on the third 'Jay' page (the following page is
page 1) of Weird Love, and the second 'Jay' page of Weird Lore (the
following page is page 1). I can't follow it either. Sadly, Jay passed
away 3/15/07...
